Ms. Chung, who recently served as the muse for Mulberry’s “Alexa” bag, will now add designer to her resume. Chung will design a collection of inspired “forties tea dresses, sixties mod dresses” for J. Crew’s MadeWell line, vowing to bring cuteness back in fashion.
